The average power consumption in milliWatt. We will need to also offer the option of using radio duty cycle, maybe as a different unit of this metric, or a different metric.

This output metric is used by the following profiles:

• A given pattern, 4s

• A given pattern, 50s

• A given pattern, 1–180s
